It’s been a wild ride – to say the least. As we look back on this horrible Pandemic-year, we’re eager to move forward. Looking back, it’s plain to see: ability to pivot, determines success.
How We’ve Pivoted and Adjusted for You
We’ve pivoted by: creating Additional Curb-Service Parking with Touchless Curb Payment; adding the Walk-Up Window that’s open until 5pm on Weekdays – and 9pm on weekends, and seating you 6ft apart, to name a few. Also, we added Tap-to-Pay inside – now accepting ApplePay, AndroidPay and GooglePay.
Staff Pivoting and Extra Work
The Staff has done an amazing pivot, and deserves lots of credit for the additional work. Extra -and – constant – cleaning and sanitizing; mask-wearing while trying to repeat orders; being courteous and communicative – while getting the food out fast. No, it hasn’t been easy. But, we did it because at Carey Hilliard’s, we’re a team and a family.
