Carey Hilliard’s Banquet and Catering facility is located right behind Carey Hilliard’s Restaurant on Abercorn. For parties of 60 to 250 people seated, this venue stays booked. The Banquet Hall is popular with local civic groups, churches, family reunions, tourist groups, office gatherings, holiday event, weddings, and retreats.
The buffet menu is customizable to your own tastes and price point. To inquire about booking, call Ashley Parks or Teresa Russell (assistant banquet manager) at 912-925-2133 and let them show you the available options. The two large banquet rooms work great for a basic office meeting to a sophisticated and elegant wedding.

The professional catering staff does all the work for you by providing plates, utensils, condiments, tea, serving trays, and of course the food.
The Banquet Team can also arrange for pickup orders to be ready for pickup. Please call a few days ahead so we can prepare it fresh for you.

Carey Hilliard’s famous barbecue sauce and Brunswick stew are also made here. The Warehouse behind the Banquet Hall houses the Test Kitchen, where every single product is taste-tested before being sent to the stores.
“Pit Boss,” Michael Albright has been at it for 34 years. On the catering side of things, John Cook, Fred Jordan, and Theresa Osborne make up the stellar team. John sets up for parties; Fred drives the delivery truck; and Theresa cooks for private parties. All three of them look forward to catering your next wedding, business meeting, family reunion, or special event.
