Dwaine Gould is known as “the Legend” at Abercorn, winning Cook of the Month many times. He’s known for fresh, piping-hot seafood. He knows all stations in the kitchen, and is an expert on the deep-fat. His team leadership is solid as a rock, and he has lots of “Cook of the Month” wins to back it up.
His loyalty to Carey Hilliard’s goes beyond just showing up for work. He chooses to be part of the family, and to be “company man,” and a career guy.
Monthly Store Awards
As a reminder, every month, each Store has a 3 Staff Winners: A Beverage Winner ($50), Server of the Month ($150), and Cook of the Month ($150). Each winner has a picture in the Store Newsletter. Why do this? Because we celebrate hard work, and like to commend people who are GREAT at their job.
Hiring Programs
- Stay 90 days and get a $500 bonus;
