YEARS OF SERVICE AWARDS SCHEDULE | UPDATED 2021

It’s been a tradition to recognize long-time employees, at Carey Hilliard’s. During the Holiday Season, those Employees who’ve reached an Anniversary Milestone, receive a check and plaque.

THIS YEAR, we’re excited to add 2 new levels, earlier the normal starting 20-year benchmark:

10 Years at $1,000, and 15 Years at $1,500. Those new levels are expected to reach about 30 people, and will be retroactive to an Employees’ most current year. For example, I’ll reach 12 years this year, so I’ll receive my 10-Year Bonus. Employees who are 15 years or higher, will receive a 15-Year Bonus not (both) 10 and 15-years.
