Appetizer Spotlight: Rib Appetizer

I often forget about the Rib Appetizer, because it seems like it’s overshadowed by the Onion Rings, or outsold by the popular Half-Price Hot Wings.  But, every time I get the Rib Appetizer, it’s delicious.

At $5.99, it’s a teaser portion of St. Louis-style ribs glazed in Carey Hilliard’s Barbecue Sauce, and so tender the meat falls off the bone.  Served with toast, onion, and pickle. 

Pro Tip:  Order a cup of barbecue sauce to dip the ribs and buttered toast into, it’s amazing!
