Latonya Powell (Hwy. 21) has 34 years of experience with the company. She’s been a team leader in the kitchen, training new cook, prepping, and preparing for large Gulfstream orders. She’s known as a “mama figure” in the kitchen, and has 7 Cook of the Month wins to back it up.

As a reminder, every month, each Store has a 3 Staff Winners: A Beverage Winner ($50), Server of the Month ($150), and Cook of the Month ($150). Each winner has a picture in the Store Newsletter. Why do this? Because we celebrate hard work, and like to commend people who are GREAT at their job.

HIRING PROGRAMS
